Amazing dives in Los Islotes between herrings and sea lions. Sometimes the feeling of being in an aquarium was amazing as the visibility and the light. Beautiful sunset and sunrise, great boat, and crew… just want to come back.
Read MoreThe Gallant Lady provided spacious cabins, delicious food, and excellent diving in the Sea of Cortez. We were blown away by the playful sea lions who loved to interact with divers – they ranged from small pups to enormous bulls who still manage to move gracefully underwater. The Sea of Cortez is alive with all types of corals and beautiful reef fish. We saw many types of eels, some good-sized sea turtles, and a very well-camouflaged sea horse. We highly recommend this boat, the friendly and attentive crew, helpful divemasters, and captain. Thank you, Gallant Lady!

Maybe it’s simple mammalian kinship passed down through eons. What’s more likely is that dolphins are simply just as curious as we are. Their curiosity acts as a mirror to amplify our delight at the playful antics around the boat.

Our dive masters Juan and Mario made sure we were safe underwater and were there to help us out with our buoyancy control. Our host Silvia was amazing with greeting us pre-dive with water and fruit smoothies or hot drinks after each dive. Felipe, our cook treated us with delicious meals, cookies, and snacks. Gabriel, our engineer was very attentive to make sure we were comfy with room temperature. Our Captain Gordon and Second Mate Yann made our voyage very smooth.
