The reason to dive Socorro is for the giant mantas.
You are almost guaranteed to experience friendly
dolphins. Sharks are in abundance in this ocean oasis,
and while Mother Ocean changes week to week,
month to month, you will likely see silky, galapagos, CABO SAN LUCAS
white tip, silver tip and hammerhead sharks. Keep
your fingers crossed for tiger sharks, whale sharks,
schooling hammerheads and so much more. In-
season you might even have an in-water experience
with humpback whales.
