Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2023-12-23

18.46.714N – 111.02.814W anchored in Punta Tosca, day started with strong winds 16kts SE, air temperature is 82f, today ocean is 80f, visibility averages 60ft, easy current in first dive then strong in second dive running to the west.

Fish action is good they so far have seen mantas cruising by, a handful of hammerheads, a couple of Galapagos, octopus, and the dolphins. One of the groups saw them and they were friendly and stayed with the divers for a long. Guests love the dives. Flat ocean on this side of the island, at this very second, we are getting some rain on top of Socorro Island with black clouds on top.
