Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2024-12-14

Wind N15knots, swell N3 to 4 feet, choppy seas, the ride northbound is a little bit agitated but the NBA is behaving well. air temp 25C, sky is clear with cirrus.

Yesterday we did the 2 last dives of the trip at the Boiler. the manta activity was amazing, guests reporting seeing up to 8 mantas at the same time. A big tiger shark was around, the usual whitetips, black jacks, some Galapagos sharks.

On the last dive a school of 10-15 hammerheads was spotted, despite the lower visibility.

After the dive, the guests enjoyed the cheese and wine, steak night and had fun with the trivia night.
