Day 1 and 2 were fantastic. There were great white sharks in the water every time I got in a cage – often multiple sharks.
My Day 1 dive ended with 5 great white sharks circling the submersible cage. The sharks are magnificent and the whole scene is beautiful — from Guadalupe Island itself to the color and clarity of the water.
And the crew does its best to maximize shark viewing and comfort. Amazing trip.
In the evening, I still feel the sensation of being in the cages, as if I rode roller coasters at an amusement park all day, and when I close my eyes, I see the sharks swimming in front of me.
