Captain’s Noon Report – Under Sea – 2018-04-17

Location: San Benedicto Island 19 19.8N-10 48.6W, E of the Boiler
Status: Anchored 120 ft depth, Vis 30-40 ft
Weather: Clear Sky Wind N 10-13 kts, Seas NW 4-6 ft long swells – 74 F

Good afternoon. The check out dive was at the Canyon. Strong currents. We had Mantas Hammerheads, Galapagos, and Silvertip sharks. Guests are happy for the first dive. 4 boats in the area: Sea scape, southern sport, kino, and helios. At the boiler the diving is better, vis 100 ft, strong current E. Mantas and Dolphins are playing with the divers in all the dives. Guests are waiting for more action after lunch.
