A really nice day out at Roca today. Winds is very slight and the air temperature is warm with a cool breeze keeping everyone nice and comfortable. No one here but us. It’s really soothing to know that the rock is our’s today. Hammerheads, silkies with plenty of Galapagos sharks came around this morning. Guests were salivating over seeing 10 massive lobsters climbing down the rock face. Second dive was just as fun. The north had most of the action with big schools of jacks forming in the NW current. Galapagos sharks and silver tips hung close to the rock and wahoo seem to come from everywhere around us. The Galapagos kept coming in without a care. We spent 15 minutes on the north and we let the current drift us around the west. Out in the distance we had another hammerhead swimming on it’s side. We finally made it to the south. Two large mobula rays skirted by on the brink of the visibility. One turned back and came over our heads. A school of bonito in the hundreds sped through the blue water column. The ledges along the east were filled with white tip reef sharks piled on top of one another. Another school of bonito amassed on the east and in a confused hurry they all parted in direct ways through the divers. Yellowfin tuna passed from our left and to our right then a few minutes later they came back from the right. Guests are happy, crew good.
