Captain’s Noon Report – Undersea – 2018-08-05

Location: At anchor at Guadalupe Island. Lat 29 08.07N Long 118 17.06W
Weather: Light wind from NE and calm sea. Clear sunny sky. Vis 90+ ft, water temp 69 – 71 F.

What an amazing morning we’ve had, a constant action at surface. Sharks keep coming and going, passing next to the hanging bait, and strategically planning their attack. One guest says that he could count 15 different sharks! Some known faces as Luca Arnone, Kendrick, Micks, Mau, Paul Walker and a lots of new Juvenile sharks that might not be in the Shark ID book. Guests are having a blast, they are enjoying every minute seeing the action from the sun deck and from the cages. They said they are satisfied with what they have seen so far. Yesterday they came out of cages at 4 pm they said they were going to save their energy for the next day. Everyone spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing at lounge and sun deck having a beer.
