Captains Noon Report – Explorer – 2018-08-12

Location: Todos Santos Bay
Weather: Winds NW 5 – 10 Swell 5- 10 Air Temp – 74f

Coming into Ensenada as we speak. The trip was rewarding on several different levels. From a guest and crew stand point. The guests caught the first glimpses of the apex predator in the sea. They stood in awe of such an animal. Some might have over come a long last fear and misunderstanding of the sharks, some just to get pictures and some just to be in the water with them. We went through some waves and wind and witnessed the beauty of nature above and below the sea at the same time. We had plenty of smiles and laughter. Although many pictures were taken, the true story is told on the back deck of the Nautilus Explorer just a few feet below the infinite blue surface. It’s good to be here.
