Captain’s Noon Report – Under Sea – 2018-12-01

Location: Lat North 18 46.6, Long West 110 54.6.
Weather: N 9-12 Knts, Sea: N 4-6 fts, Partially cloudy, Water temp 76 F, Vis 75 fts
Status: At anchor on Socorro Island/ Cabo Pearce, anchorage on 105 ft deep

Two dives at the moment. In the first dive, DM reported two mantas, some dolphins and some white tips sharks. In the second we have reports a school of dolphins and 3 mantas and guests are really happy to see them. Yesterday in the Canyon, the last two dives were with reduced visibility due to the waves in the shore line and DM reports some silkies sharks. We will make 1 dive more at Cabo Pearce and after we will proceed to Navy base for inspection and after that proceed to Punta Tosca anchorage for a night silkie snorkel. Sharing the anchorage with our friends on the Belle Amie
