Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2019-08-22

Location: Guadalupe Island 13NM from shore
Weather: 80’+ visibility 70 degree water and calm winds. Sunny skies.
Status: Anchored at Guadalupe Island

Yesterday finished strong with plenty of action and we have added a couple more sharks to the identification list: Slash Fin, Mace and Kaitlin. We have been seeing more females this trip. This morning Mike was in charge providing non-stop action, going back and forth repeatedly from one wrangler to the other. While the day started out overcast the sun is shining now giving us pretty much perfect diving conditions. We have a few more hours of diving before heading back to Ensenada so right now the cages are full.
