Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2019-08-23

Location: 29°08.2’N 118°17.04’W “monkey face” Guadalupe Island
Weather: Swell 1ft SW overcast sky and a lot of mist. W/T: 69°F Visibility: on the surface around 20 ft, 20/25 meters since 8 mts deep.
Status: 0.2NM to the wall Depth: 285 ft. all chain out (4.5 shots)

This morning we started good with the first shark appearing around 7 o’clock. During the morning we saw at least 8 or 9 different sharks but only one can be identified (joker). Our divers are crazy about the sharks, they are fascinated.
