Location: 19° 19.6’N / 110 ° 48.2’ W
Weather: Water Temperature 25° Visibility 20-25 meters no current Weather: Wind: 5-10 NE seas: 2/3ft light swell from NW cloudy sky
Status: El Boiler (San Benedicto island)

Yesterday evening we arrived to San Benedicto Island and dropped anchor in el Fondeadero after an amazing sailing day and with the excitement of realizing the diving starts today! This morning we did the check dive here with good visibility and water temperature and the divers saw a few dolphins, silky sharks, huge lobsters and 2 mantas at least at the same time. After that first dive, we decided to move the Explorer to El Boiler because we had two boats before us in the canyon. And….. Touch Down!!! In the two second dives I can hear the wonderful words to our ears.. “ this is marvellous!, Best dive ever!….” from our divers. School of hammerheads, Galapagos, a few silkies, and 5 mantas at same time, one was at least 5 meters!!! This is exactly what we talk about when we say giant mantas!! This evening we will do 2 more dives here and then move to Cabo Pearce to start tomorrow morning there.
