Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2020-02-20

Location: San Benedicto Island
Weather: Sunshine, Wind light N, Calm seas, Visibility 30-40′, Water Temperature 70 F
Status: Anchored at The Canyon

We finished the day yesterday at the Boiler with two more fantastic dives. Everyone had so much manta time yesterday that seeing an octopus or a Galapagos shark became the most talked about event. Followed by “oh and we had 3 mantas playing with us the whole dive…” Today we came to the Canyon to look for sharks. The Canyon has been awesome. Both dives we have had 20-30 Hammerheads circling the divers along with Galapagos, and Silvertips. We will finish the day here and leave for Cabo tonight.
