Captain’s Noon Report – Gallant Lady – 2020-10-16

Location: Bahia de Los Angeles

Weather: Calm with light air and clear sky

Status: 15-20 kts from the North and 3-4′ of swell

Had a great afternoon at San Pedro Martir yesterday full of playful sea lions and lots of fish, a delicious taco night and a smooth overnight crossing up to Bahia. Plan for tonight is a South transit to Isla San Marcos and 4 dives there tomorrow. This morning the guests departed at 0900 in two pangas and enjoyed more than 3 hours of whale shark snorkeling which featured multiple adult whale sharks in warm and clear water. This afternoon we’re diving at Punta Pescadero, which is where we had the frog fish last week. The rhib is just heading out for the first afternoon dive now.
