Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2020-10-30

Location: 12 miles outside Magdalena Bay

Today the snorkeling was amazing! The guests saw loads and loads of marlins, hunting on the small fish. We then had orcas show up and jaws dropped to the ground, guests are super happy and I am too. But the cherry on top of the cake today was the humpback whale, most guests saw it and now they want more…. as I write this they are having lunch and are anxious to go back in the water. It is a beautiful day today with the sun shining up high, air temperature is 76F, and the water today is amazingly blue. The visibility is 100+ feet and ocean temperature is 78F.
