Captain’s Noon Report – Gallant Lady – 2020-11-02

Location: La Reina, Cerralvo Island

Status: Visibility 15-20 meters, Water temperature 28 C

Yesterday we dove in La Reina in the afternoon. The dive there was good, a lot of sea life around the reef, with lots of mullet fish, one turtle, a big school of Mexican barracuda and one big male sea lion. Visibility was 15 meters, and water temperature 28 C with a light current to the North. Today we are anchored at the South part of Cerralvo island. The first dive on the Roca Montana was a nice and relaxed dive with good visibility 20 meters and warm water 28 C. Slight surge on the shallow part and light current to the west on the deepest area. A lot of reef life, morays, big school of chops and one of the guests could see a white and orange nudibranch. Second dive today had the same dive conditions, light current to the west with 15 meter visibility and 28 C water temperature 28 C, lots of reef life and a lots of morays.
