Captain’s Noon Report – Undersea – 2020-11-16

Location: Cabo Pearce, anchored 110 ft deep, 0.15 nm from the wall

Status: Wind NE 12-16 kts, sea NE 4-6 ft. Overcast sky, a few minutes of rain in the morning.

Yesterday we dove here in Cabo Pearce. It was good diving, a few hammerheads, mantas, a whale shark, and one group could see dolphins on the last dive. Yesterday at was so good at Cabo Pearce that everybody wanted to stay one more day. First dive visibility was 70 ft, light current to the E, temperature 27-28 C. Great action with mantas including some juveniles – two chevron and two black. They saw hammerheads and a tiger shark as well. Second dive had the same water conditions, with mantas, hammerheads, and the sound of dolphins.
