Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2021-02-22

Location: Anchored at Roca Partida 0.13 NM from the nearest peak of it.

Weather: This morning we had wind coming from the NW with an intensity of 3-5 Kts and the swell was 3-5 Ft coming from the NNW with an occasional 6 Ft swell., its was a warm morning with partially clouded sky.

The first dive we took the guest to the northern side of Roca Partida, Divers encountered a slight current coming from the south but had no issued with it, Viz was good, having it from 40 to 60 Ft and they were able to see Galapagos sharks and few hammerheads. They dived 60-80 ft of depth. The second dive we dropped divers in the same spot as the first one, current and wind remained the same and divers encountered silver tips sharks, Galapagos sharks and a very large school of jacks, they dived 60-80 ft of depth. Water temperature is about 22. Guests are happy and enjoying their time on the NBA. All crew and guests doing great!
