Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2021-03-16

Location: San Benedicto

Weather: northern breeze of 4-6 kts and swell 2-4 ft

Beautiful morning at San Benedicto (The Boiler) northern breeze of 4-6 kts and swell 2-4 ft, which for the boiler is very good. We did two dives at the Boiler, and than back to the Canyon. First dive was amazing, lots of dolphins, A Chevron Manta, Tiger sharks, white tips and hammerheads, with a whale singing near by. Viz was ok 45-55 ft and water temp was 22C. Second dive, the divers did not see dolphins but they saw everything else they encountered on the first dive plus some galapagos sharks! Viz and water temp remained the same. decided to go back to the canyon to do our last two dives of the day. Guests are happy, and enjoying their days with us.
