Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2021-03-19

Weather: Sunny skies, light wind from NNE 5- 7 kTS and 3-5 ft seas from NW

We finished our day yesterday with a nice dive in Roca Partida. The vessel continued at anchor in same place, LN 18*59.4′ LW 112*04.8, Sunny skies, light wind from NNE 5- 7 kTS and 3-5 ft seas from NW. Today we had a good start. A humpback breaching in the distance but guests saw it and that makes them all so happy. We have dove two times and both dives have been great, both groups saw two chevron mantas, a few scattered hammerheads, Galapagos sharks, silvertip sharks and very big school of big eye jack, dive conditions for last two dives were good with light current from E, water temperature, 22 Celsius degrees and visibility around 30 mts, guests are very happy Another two more dives are planned here, after dinner we will make way to Punta Tosca.
