Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2021-03-25

Location: Cabo Pearce

Gorgeous morning here at Cabo Pearce wind coming NNW with 3-5 Kts and swell around 1-2 ft same direction. Calm seas as usual in the sheltered area, sky was partially clouded but it cleared as the day got older. 106 ft of water below us, and 2 shackles of chain in the water. Our first dive we dropped divers at the inner part of the lava finger and it was amazing! Guests encountered Black Mantas, hammerheads, silvertips. It was an amazing first dive here at Cabo Pearce. The second dive we skiffed and dropped divers at the outside of the lava finger, divers encountered 3 black mantas, and few dolphins. All divers surfaced with a happy face. Water temperature was around 22 C and sisibility was good from 60-70 Ft.
