Captain’s Noon Report – Under Sea – 2021-03-31

Location: The Boiler

Vessel at anchor in The Boiler. Ship’s position lat N 19°19.652´, long W 110°48.819´clear sky, winds: Light air N 2-6 kts. seas: NW 1-3 ft. Today we started the day diving at Fondeadero for the check-out dive, we could see some dolphins from the surface and one of the groups could see them under the water, also a couple of hammerheads and some Galapagos sharks. Light current from the w, visibility: 80ft. For 2nd dive we were diving at the boiler, a couple of hammerheads and some white tips sharks appeared. Water temp: 23°C visibility was around 50 ft. We are going to finish the dive here, then we are going to pick up the anchor to sail to Roca Partida.
