Great Start to the Diving Day

The Canyon cleaning station was super busy during yesterday’s first dive. Hammerhead sharks were hanging out in the big blue and Galapagos sharks were swimming around getting cleaned. We saw a school of bigeye trevallies and cottonmouth jacks and the resident silver tip sharks lying on their ledge.

Out of nowhere, a bottlenose dolphin appeared and started chasing a single cottonmouth jack. We watched the entire hunt unfold – it was amazing to see so much action. When we thought that the dive could not get any better, five more bottlenose dolphins showed up and started playing with us and our bubbles. What a great start to the diving day!
