Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2021-06-21

Location: Cabo Pearce

Weather: N Wind (10kts) and S Swell (4ft)

The conditions this morning were not the best for divers and so, we returned to Cabo Pearce where we have already conducted two dives. The first dive was pretty good. All guests were interacting with manta rays during their dives and some of them said at least eight different manta rays were sighted. There was also a school of silky sharks, whitetip sharks, lobsters, tuna and plenty of reef fish. One group spotted a school of hammerhead sharks.

The second dive was a little different since the current was strong, however manta rays were there and all our guests managed to see them. One group saw dolphins and the other saw a tiger shark. We have another dive scheduled and after dinner we will conduct our silky shark snorkel and then depart to Roca Partida.

Visibility: 15m
