Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2022-02-16

Location: En-Route to Cabo San Lucas

Weather: Overcast Skies, NW Wind (8-12kts), NW Swell (3-4ft)

We completed two more very good dives yesterday at Cabo Pearce. Dive three had multiple mantas constantly in the area, just like dives one and two. On dive four the mantas had moved on but there was a tiger shark spotted by most guests. Following the dives, we had a very pleasant wine and cheese event on the top deck. Everybody agreed that it was a great way to wrap up a great trip. We got underway late last night and have had a very smooth transit so far. The wind has picked up slightly in the past hour, but before that, it was hard to tell we were even underway. We are making speed for a 0715 approach to the dock tomorrow. All of our arrangements have been made and the crew is making their preps for turn day as well.
