Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2023-05-12

Currently at South Cerralvo/Ventana. The wind is northerly 5-10kts, 1ft seas, clear sky, air temp 27C, water temp 22C at the surface.

Started this morning at Bahia de los Suenos and woke up to a lot of mobulas down there this morning. Many different schools, and lots of jumpers. The guests enjoyed 3 solid hours of snorkeling with them before coming back for breakfast.

After breakfast, as we were heading north, we came across a blue whale and calf and stayed with them for about an hour. Now we are out searching for them again. The plane is about to take off. We’ll search some more around the south this afternoon, finish with some mobulas, and then head back to Cabo.
