Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2023-07-20

Hello everyone, NGL anchored at Las Animas, 100 ft depth 2.25 shots paid out, SW wind 10-15 knots, seas are calm in the little bay.

We have done 2 dives so far, pretty good dives. In the first dive of the morning, our divers got to see lots of reef fish, sea lions, moray eels, and a school of juvenile hammerheads. During dive number 2, they saw a very big school of big eye jacks, morays, plenty of reef fish, and a few turtles. Dive conditions are good, viz is 20 meters plus, water is 29 Celsius, and we have more dives to do. We will have dinner on the hook and will depart for Danzante Island at midnight.
