Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2023-08-21

10.28.90N – 85.52.13W, anchor resting in 110ft, beautiful and hot day, air temperature is 88F water is 86F.

We are diving Catalina Island, diving is pretty good, loads of tropical fish, a few eagle rays, and some white tip reef sharks. Visibility is 80Ft, no current, blue water, and loads of other smaller dive boats this morning but they do one dive and then disappear. Water temperature is 88F. cloudy skies, flat ocean.
