Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2023-11-04

Good afternoon, everyone, NEX anchored in Punta Tosca, 150 ft depth, 3 shots paid out, NE wind 10-15 kts and calm seas in the bay, sunny day.

We finished yesterday with 2 good dives in Roca Partida, last dive was a little slow but guests did enjoy.

Today we are diving Punta Tosca, we have done 2 mantastic dives, at least 6 different mantas during both dives, some scattered hammerheads, lobsters, turtles and the usual reef fish. All guests are in very good spirits. We have another dive scheduled for today, then will go to the navy base for inspection and after that will make way to Cabo Pearce and dive there tomorrow. Dive conditions are fair, no current, water temperature is 29 Celsius and viz 15 meters.
