Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2023-11-06

18.46.630N – 110.54.699W anchor in 85ft of water.

Today we are diving Cabo Pearce, dark clouds not letting much sunlight reach the ocean, today wind is light, and we have a very strong surge but the swell is small maybe two feet, and is all over. Even at anchor, you feel the boat as it rocks side to side.

The air temperature is 84F, Ocean is 86F current is easy and running to the north in the first dive and now is going south. The marine life is just amazing, Cabo Pearce is been the best site for the past year or two, mantas, dolphins, white tip sharks, octopus, and a lot more even a little turtle went by. Dolphins were not playful in the first dive but very interactive in the second one.

Visibility today is better averaging 80ft. Guests are pretty happy with the dives, we just put the kayaks in the water and already two guests are interested.
