Good afternoon, everyone, NEX anchored at San Benedicto, diving El Boiler.
We arrived here last night and guests and crew had a quiet night. We did our check dive in Fondeadero from the dive platform, no issues during the dive.
During dive 1, some guests did see mantas and white tips sharks, lobsters, and lots of fish. After check dive, we moved to El Boiler. We have done 2 dives here and we have one more. Dives here had been ok.
Unfortunately, one of the groups hadn’t seen much, while the other 2 groups saw a tiger shark and a couple of mantas. Viz is around 15 meters, water temperature 28 Celsius, sky is overcast, 2-4 ft. seas from NW, and northerly wind 10 kt.
Once we finish diving ops here, we will move to the other side of the island and will dive El Canon tomorrow.
