Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2024-03-12

NUS Anchored in latitude 19 17.6 north longitude 110° 48.7 in 88 ft depth, El Cañon, San Benedicto Island, weather condition sunny day, air Temperature 23°C, sea state 1-2 ft, in the anchorage area wind blowing from NE 8 kts.

Other ships close to us, Rocio de Mar, and Today around 0010 am the NBA arrived but only did its check dive and then moved to the Boiler.

The first dive was good, the divers saw some hammer-sharks, Galapagos, white tips. Underwater conditions with visibility 12 mtrs, Water temperature 21°c.

In the second dive one group saw hammer, Galapagos and silver tips, the visibility 15 mtrs. the current coming out from east but not strong.

In the fourth dive yesterday some divers saw one tiger shark in the Boiler area, I will send report about that. All guests are happy.
