Hola everybody, Nex is at Punta Tosca, W. Socorro Island at this moment. The day started a little windy in the morning but fortunately, it’s been calming down.
We have done 2 dives already. Conditions are good, the sea is a choppy, wind waves are about 3 ft. high, and swells are about 5ft. Current going SW very slowly and visibility 15 m. Water temp. 21ยฐC and a little dark underwater because it’s cloudy. Also, air is a little cooler today, 25ยฐC.
The first dive was good, there were 3 mantas playing with the divers, there were a couple of silky sharks at the distance and a hammerhead shark close to the divers and tons of reef fish.
The second dive was better, the guests saw 2 mantas that interacted with them for all the dive, there were also a couple of hammerheads shark, many white tips sharks laying among the rocks, someone saw a turtle passing by, and thousands of reef fish.
We are doing three dives in this site today.
