The weather is favorable for our search with clear skies, an air temperature of 90ยฐF, and a light easterly wind at 2-5 knots, with the sea remaining calm.
This morning, we encountered a large school of mobulas in La Ventana Bay. Subsequently, we extended our search for orcas from La Ventana to the north of Cerralvo Island with aerial support, but unfortunately, we did not locate them.
This afternoon, our plan is to focus our efforts on searching in the Cerralvo Channel, the Golden Triangle, and the Punta Coyote area. We remain optimistic for our last day of searching.
Please keep your fingers crossed for our continued efforts.
