The NGL is at Las รnimas Island, today has been a nice day for diving, The day has been sunny, a little windy in the morning but wind calmed down during the day. It was blowing from south at 10 – 14 Kt. But now it is 5 kt. Air temperature is 31ยฐC. Sky partially cloudy. We are in position Lat. N. 25ยฐ 06.83ยดLong. W. 110ยฐ 30.75ยด.
We did 2 dives in the morning, they were good.
The first one was in El Corralito, the guest saw hundreds of sea lions, very play full ones. They also saw electric bulls eye rays, sea stars of many different kinds, coral and some nudibranchs. Visibility was better than yesterday, about 10 m. No current at all. Water temperature was 23ยฐC. and a thermocline at 5 m. of 20ยฐC.
The second dives were also good, at the north point, there was a little current, going west, not too strong, visibility was almost the same, water temperature was 23ยฐ and visibility was a little more reduced, about 7 m. In this dive the guests saw a small school of hammerhead sharks, also some electric bulls eye rays and some juvenile sea lions playing around the divers.
