Captainโ€™s Noon Reports โ€“ Under Sea โ€“ 2024-08-04

NUS Sailing at 26ยฐ57.1N-111ยฐ38.1W, Punta Concepcion, the Hot Spot, the sky is partly cloudy, air temperature 86ยฐF. This morning the wind was blowing strong 20 knots from the southeast and swell of 4 feet from the same direction, now better, wind 8 knots and waves of 2ft.

At this moment we found the Pilot Whales and we put the guests to snorkel with them and with much luck they all saw them. Yesterday when we left San Pedro Martir Island and sailed for more than an hour. All the time on our route to Lapaz, looking for Orcas while we arrive. Bajaexp will support us with a boat to finish the trip and look for Orcas. For now the guests are in the water with Pilot Whales.
