Captainโ€™s Noon Reports โ€“ Explorer โ€“ 2024-08-11

We are in Chatham Bay 05.33.191N โ€“ 087.02.399W, Isla del coco. Weather in this side of the island is very pretty, flat seas, light winds, cloudy skies but no rain, I say that cause is been raining since we left port.

We went diving almost at 1030.

We just came out of the second dive and soon going for the third dive so we donโ€™t miss any dives. Rangers called me on the radio they will do the park presentation tomorrow.

Check dive was nice loads of white tip reef shark and one hammerhead. Second dive was a lot better they say cause the cleaning station had loads of hammers, then eagle rays, some marble rays.

Visibility was 80F plus, water temperature is 80F, little current running to the north. Today air temperature is 82F
