“Seal theatre” where we took our position and the seals took the stage!

“The last dive of this trip at Swanee Reef turned out to be my favorite one. We stayed in very shallow water at about 5m for an hour. The corals are so beautiful and colorful with sun shining on them. Before we jumped in, the dive guide Rous said “you don’t find seahorses, the seahorses find you.” My buddy Coral is the star of the day for finding a huge seahorse that is so camouflaged. Such a good eye! Coral deserved a free drink at dinner. We also saw nudibranks, cute red colored coral hawkish and octopus. What a beautiful dive to end this trip.”

“The California sea lions and Guadalupe fur seals dove underwater to watch us with curiosity and it seemed they had as much interest in us as we had in them. Especially the seals, they frolicked around us, inviting us to play with them, nipping at each other and occasionally at our fins. The largest sea lion swooped over our heads, barking underwater to keep us all in line!”

“On this dive we got to witness “seal theatre” where we took our position in a cavern and the seals took the stage! There was play, there was fighting, there was drama! We had some more reef exploration. I watched a seal take a snap at a puffer fish, who partially inflated, but the seal did not pursue further. The puffer got away! Hooray!”

“We had the incredible fortune to encounter big green turtles at the Fang Ming wreck in Sea of Cortez. The underwater world was vibrant and teeming with life. On the second day we dove with many playful sea lions and fur seals. The dive sites are mostly with clear visibility and a rich array of marine life. Overall it was an exceptional adventure that showcased the beauty and wonder of ocean life.”
