Captainโ€™s Noon Reports โ€“ Belle Amie โ€“ 2024-10-11

Diving La Reina, is an amazing day today clear skies, little SE breeze, air temperature is 86F, today there is a mild current running to the south east, flat seas, water temperature is 86F, visibility today is 100Ft.

Loads of sea life, turtles keep surfacing for air, lots of needle fish keep jumping and running away from something chasing them. We arrive here just in time for a 1000 dive we anchored and put skiffs in the water briefing and go.

About two miles prior to anchoring a huge pod of dolphin came to greet the Belle Amie like saying hiโ€ฆ.. water is amazing beautiful blue, guests with mix feelings, happy in the water, sad as this is the last diving day and believe me when I say they want more.

Hours after we left Bahia de Los Angeles our ETA was 0400 but yesterday, we stopped the boat to go and see two bride whales, they keep playing with us, surfacing for air to the vanished in the blue water.

Some of the guests were able to see them in the water, that very special spot just south of Mulege and between San Ildefonso and mainland is really a hot spot for sea life. While playing with the whales dozens of mรณbulas kept leaping out of the water too bad they were not gathering in the schools.
