Captainโ€™s Noon Reports โ€“ Gallant Lady โ€“ 2024-11-02

NGL Anchored in Cabo Tosco, South Isla Margarita, Magdalena Bay area, Wind from NW 12-15kn and 2ft waves from same direction at anchorage. Guests on the last day of the trip first wanted to go to the Bait Balls and late at night changed their mind and asked to dive with Sea Lions,

This morning we did two dives but the sea lions did not go into the water, vis10ft, water temperature 70F, saw Lobster, Angel Shark, Moray Eels, reef fishes, tons of sea lions on top of the rocks but they did not want to interact with the divers, only a few jumped into the water and passed close to some divers.

But yesterday they had very good encounters with static bait balls and everyone was happy. Only 6 guests dived the rest did not want to bait balls or dive. I tried to have them all happy.

Soon we will raise the anchor to start sailing towards Cabo San Lucas.
