NEX currently about 90NM from San Benedicto. Wind is NW 10-15kts now with swell WNW 4-5ft, sky mostly cloudy with some sunny breaks, air temp 27C.
We departed last night around 2200hrs, weather on departure was around 20-25kts with 5-7ft seas, wasn’t as bad as I was expecting and vessel handled it pretty well. We made a weather course and just now able to start pointing the boat in the right direction without rolling. Overall, not so bad really.
All guests were at the captain briefing this morning. ETA for San Benedicto around 2300hrs.
