Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2024-11-14

NGL Searching for Bait Balls offshore Magdalena Bay 7 nm west of Cabo Tosco, Margarita Island, clear skies, air temperature 70F, NW wind at 12 knots and West swell up to 6 ft short period, making it difficult to transfer guests from Local panga-RHIB-NGL.

Having to look for a calmer place to do the guest transfers. But guests have had good encounters with bait balls, marlins, sea lions, dolphins, and humpback whales on the surface.

The plan for tomorrow is to search for bait balls offshore Mag Bay.
