Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2024-12-02

NGL Anchored at 24.18.3N-111 42.3W, Cabo Tosco, South Margarita Island, partly cloudy sky, air temperature 73F, westerly breeze at 5 knots and 4 ft waves from the same direction and 4 ft long.

This morning, they started looking for mobulas but didn’t find any. The Humpback whales put on a good show near the bait balls. The bait balls were active moving very fast and some had lots of sea lions and bonito but no marlins.

Guests stayed looking for some static bait balls but today they didn’t find any. They got tired and returned to the boat. The plan for tomorrow is to do some diving and snorkelling.
