Hi everyone, diving Cabo Pearce, anchored in 100ft, wind is doing 8 to 15 kts N, air and water temperature are 76F, weak current today so far, visibility average 65ft.
The guests had an amazing animal encounter a lot of mantas, dolphins, school hammerheads, white tips, is providing us with good diving, Guests happy, very excited along dive 1, 2 and 3, we are going to do the 4th dive, we are in a pretty good anchor position protected the vessel is not rolling. the manoeuvre on the platform pretty smooth.
I am thinking that continuing to Punta Tosca might not be the best option for tomorrow’s diving, since the swell conditions are looking high from NW and we would be more exposed, visibility and skiff manoeuvres would be greatly affected.
I am considering repeating 3 dives tomorrow here in Cabo Pearce and doing the navy check, if it’s possible, to offer the guests another day of good diving.
