Dolphins playing, Giant Mantas circling us & various Sharks at Roca Partida. Pure Joy.

Guten Tag! Today we dove Roca Partida, our last dive day of the trip. Although waking up is hard, determination somehow brought us to the dive deck. Thankfully it did, because Roca Partida was stunning.

Swimming in circles has never been more fun – the wall is full of so much life, sleepy sharks, and fish. The surge especially, it transforms the circle swim into a loop-dee-loop rollercoaster. Weeeeeee, we went, not only underwater but also the entire trip! On the boat, on the skiff, and while diving.

Archipelago Revillagegado has been on top of our to-do list for quite a while and the interactions with the big marine life did definitely not disappoint. Be it the dolphins checking us out or the oceanic mantas playfully circling us for the entirety of some dives, to the large combination of various shark species. It was Maggie’s first time seeing dolphins, and she couldn’t stop crying for the rest of the dive!!! The pure joy this trip brought was extremely emotional and magical.

The skiff tours with great explanations about the Islands and the extra tour to check out some humpback whales breaching were greatly appreciated. It’s amazing how hard the whole crew is working to make every guest as happy as they can.

This trip was really an incredible life experience, and could not have been possible without the crew. Their caring, generous, and funny personalities made the seasickness worth it, coupled with sharing these magical, and wonderful interactions with the marine life they get to enjoy every trip. We truly appreciated all that the crew did to make this an incredible week.
