Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2025-01-19

Punta Tosca today, anchored in 145Ft of water, wind is gusting to 22ktn NW, big 4 FT NW swell long period, clear skies for the most part. Air temperature is 72F, water today is 75F, visibility averages 50Ft.

First dive current was running to the east, in second dive it was running opposite.

Dolphins in both dives friendly mantas in second one, some of the guests saw a handful of hammerhead sharks, lots of tropical fish including the elusive octopus some of the guests have been wanting to see. One more dive here then we are going to go to the navy for the routine inspection.
