Hello everyone! NBA, Nautilus Belle Amie anchored at southside of San Benedicto Island “El Cañon” for our last dive day of the trip, we were planning to finish at “Cabo Pearce,” but talking with the guests all of them asked me if there were a possibility to repeat it and of course I accepted.
It is a beautiful day with great weather and no boats around. Light NW winds and calm seas with a clear sky and some whites around 2/8 and air temperature 2°C. We arrived to the island last night before 2300 hrs and started our diving operation today at 0800.
We have done 2 great dives, the first one the dolphins came and gave us the good morning, and the second one there was a huge school of hammerheads, in both dives guests could see silkies, Galapagos, white tips and silvertips, a couple of mantas and lots of reef fish.
The visibility is around 80 ft and the temperature is 23°, current started rising after the second dive but its fine, guests are really happy now, its lunch time. After finishing the 4th dive, we will enjoy cheese and wine with them and dinner time, then proceed to heave anchor and head up to CSL.
