Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2025-02-12

Good day everyone, NBA from Roca Partida, anchored over 250 ft of water with 5 shots underwater, we arrived at the rock at 0600 hrs and started our dive day at 0800 hrs, there are no boats around. The weather conditions today are really tough, but we have handled it the best we can, and guests are really thankful for that.

Winds are over 20 knots and waves of 7-9 ft are hitting the Belle from NW, partly cloudy day 6/8 and air temperature is 21°C.

We have done 2 dives by now and guests have enjoyed them, there is a light current from NW and visibility is around 80 ft, water temperature is 21°C. During both dives the divers could appreciate schools of skipjacks, a couple of huge yellow fin tuna and lots of white tips and silver tips around the rock.

After finishing the dive day, we are heading up to Socorro Island for our dive day tomorrow.
