Hi everyone, Nautilus Explorer reports from Roca Partida today, another good weather day, winds maintain the 8-10 NW, the swell is rising up, around 5-7 ft long, but the wave´s period is large so it is easy to work, partly cloudy sky 4/8, air temperature 20°C and water temperature 21°C.
The last 2 dives yesterday went pretty well, after that, guests enjoyed cocktail hour and the dinner calmly and anchor. Today we have another boat with us Solmar V, and we kept the 0800 hrs schedule.
We have done 2 dives so far and whales don’t stop jumping and swimming around the rock but not close enough to see them underwater yet, anyway the divers have enjoyed both dives with plenty sharks, white tips, silver tips, Galapagos, hammerheads around, some huge tunas and schools of bonitos and jacks too.
Visibility is above 80ft, and the current is not strong to be worried about. After the 4th dive of the day, we will make our way to Socorro Island for the dive day tomorrow.
The guests are happy and chill.
